Is this a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?+

No. A Cicora plan does not include another provider’s consumer apps or subscriptions, including ChatGPT or Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, Codex, SSO, or certifications.

How does cancellation work?+

Cancellation stops the next renewal. The paid period continues until its end. Billing rules
